Overview: This role will live within the business excellence organization. This team’s primary focus is on execution, delivering against the clients objectives, and operationalizing new products and partnerships.nbsp; We help the account strategy and sales team elevate their brand partnerships, by providing custom analytics, unparralled campaign management support, and creative services expertise.nbsp;What you'll do
Design, document, and enforce workflows across our all departments, commercial and technical, and for all our platforms and technologies.
Identify areas of workflow improvement and introduce process efficiencies.nbsp;
Discuss task ownership with leadership, and work jointly with heads of teams to support and train on change management of those responsibilities
Think through technological advancements of current workflows, what can be automated, what can be better supported by process and product instead of people.
Document business rules for both internal and external distribution.nbsp;
Support new company initiatives, like new partnership, new products and new features and help with solidifying process and adoption of that process.
