The Certificationnbsp;andnbsp;Trainingnbsp;Managernbsp;is responsible for developing and managingnbsp;the Retail Media Platformnbsp;certification, as well as the internal product training program.nbsp;The certification and training program aim at driving our partners andnbsp;Criteosnbsp;to successfully understand and use the Retail Media Platform.nbsp;nbsp;What you'll do
Buildingnbsp;comprehensive knowledge ofnbsp;Retail Media by Criteo products, especially the Retail Media Platform.nbsp;
Leadingnbsp;and orchestratingnbsp;every stage ofnbsp;thenbsp;Retail Media Platform Certificationnbsp;project from scoping tonbsp;launching and updating,nbsp;in close collaboration withnbsp;marketingnbsp;managers,nbsp;product expertsnbsp;and client services teams.nbsp;
Ensure thatnbsp;the Certificationnbsp;program requirements align withnbsp;clients and leadership expectations.nbsp;
In collaboration with the Marketing team:nbsp;
Managenbsp;budgets and suppliersnbsp;
Plannbsp;project communicationsnbsp;
Orchestratenbsp;the certification flow and supervising content creation, includingnbsp;eLearning,nbsp;videos,nbsp;exams,nbsp;andnbsp;case studies.nbsp;
Monitornbsp;and follow-up on the project deliverables: schedulenbsp;and leadnbsp;taskforce meetings,nbsp;proactivelynbsp;identifynbsp;delays and risksnbsp;and propose solutions,nbsp;follow-up on actionsnbsp;
Create and maintain a detailed timeline and all associated notes.nbsp;
Build, interpret and communicate performance metrics to senior leadershipnbsp;
Collect feedback fromnbsp;Certified users, analyzing and reporting on the data to drive results and learning effectivenessnbsp;
Workingnbsp;withnbsp;clientnbsp;servicesnbsp;leaders to align training programs and strategy to evolving team needsnbsp;
Communicatingnbsp;new training content and certification to appropriate channels.nbsp;
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degreenbsp;
3 -5 years of experiencenbsp;innbsp;Adnbsp;Technbsp;
Preferred experiencenbsp;innbsp;platform training and / or certification program, ideallynbsp;for annbsp;ad-management platform. Experience in campaign management is a plus.nbsp;nbsp;
Proven abilitynbsp;to gain a thorough understanding of a technical, complex productnbsp;and to explain it in a simple waynbsp;nbsp;
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects on tight timelinesnbsp;
Able to work in a fast-paced environmentnbsp;nbsp;
Must demonstratenbsp;exceptionalnbsp;interpersonal and presentation skillsnbsp;
Enjoy self-driven exploration and education on new technologiesnbsp;
