As Criteo’s business continues to scale, we are seeking a highly quantitative, process-driven Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join the Americas Sales Operations and Strategy team. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for driving all of our Business Planning and Strategy: nbsp;including business partnering , forecasting , process improvement, compensation and reporting.
What you'll be doing!
  • Build relationships with Local and Regional management to become a true business partner.
  • Manage quarterly Business Planning nbsp;processes and surface local challenges to management.
  • Perform advanced analyses in tight deadlines.
  • Provide analytics support in order to support local business growthnbsp;and new business.
  • Develop detailed presentations and convey information to senior level staff across multiple functionsnbsp;
  • Help our teams uncover untapped revenue opportunities through new sales processes and cross-regional initiatives (Commercial incentives, reporting, collaboration with BI Teams)
  • Manage compensation plan design and commissions administration in your region.
  • Develop, maintain and update systems critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and commercial team performance metrics.
  • Provide training to end users on sales tools, processes, and best practices in your regions.
  • Develop strong project management skills to support our growth and organizational changes.
  • Support our CRM Teams to rollout Salesforce processes to local commercial teams
Who you Are
  • 3-5 years of work experience in Sales Operations/data analytics or consulting/financial planning with increasing responsibilities.
  • Strong presentation skills required.
  • Demonstrated track record of cross-functional work and business partnering.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships to foster effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Experience with compensation management is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills essential
  • Highly analytical amp; highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic
  • Ability to deliver results in a high pressure environmentnbsp;
  • Ability to translate CRM data into business insights
  • Salesforce Experience is a plus (NB: This is not a deal desk/SFDC admin position)
  • Anaplan Experience is a plusnbsp;
