A Data Project Manager on the Global Operations team is a key player in understanding every aspect of Criteo’s complex data framework. This role interfaces across the organization to answer challenging scalability issues related to automation of Criteo products for Retailers, Agency and Brands. The scope involves both technically rigorous work, including the use of leading-edge data analysis technologies, and daily interaction with other Technical units like Solutions Architect, Product Manager and Ramp;D.What you'll do!
As a member of Global Operations, you will be leading a team of 3 Data analysts focusing on building data pipelines and tools for Sales and Ops teams. We are looking for an experienced individual who enjoys collaborating with various Ops leaders, Solutions Architects, Product Managers or Data Analyst and help them by easing data access.
Your team is delivering high quality and actionable tools and reports to business teams and Data Analyst in order to allow them to analyze customer behavior and trends, set up testing or data mining. you will be working with sharp individuals leveraging cutting edge technology and mining multi-terabyte datasets.
The tools your team produces will be used by the rest of the organization to get direct insights into customer behavior. The tables your team produces will be queried by local Analytics to build advanced client reporting.
You will have to prioritize the work of your team in regards with Product and go to market strategy. And, you will have to help translate the customer need into Technical specifications and UX flows. You will be the technical leader for your team and interact regularly with Ramp;D to stay up to date on Data framework and Data model.
You have proven track record of strength in quantitative analysis and project management, committed to rapidly advancing in your career and strong interest in learning and shaping the e-commerce retail.
Who you are!
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Data Science, Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, etc.)
4+ year work experience with a SQL-like query language, Python, and/or R
Clear communicator who can explain and understand complex problems while dealing with both non-technical and highly-technical teams
Ability to design solutions, track advancement and close technical project coordinating several technical experts.
